Do SITZENS products need to be refrigerated?
Yes! SITZENS products are preservative-free and unlike other pet treats, SITZENS will not tolerate extended shelf life. We recommend refrigerating or freezing all SITZENS products. SITZENS biscuits, if not refrigerated or frozen, should be kept in a cool, dry place. SITZENS raw, and whole protein supplementals should always be refrigerated when not in use.
